| God’s call to us is always new, always ongoing, and so we are currently restructuring the process of joining our community, basing it on the individual needs and life experience of new members. Through this, we hope to find creative ways of journeying with those women who seek to join us in the 21st century. Our present process of new membership has an emphasis on flexibility, active involvement of the new member and mentoring. | An initial structured period of enquiry leads to formal promises and New Membership. | Mutual discernment between the new member, her mentor and
the community determines individual timescale, opportunities for training.
